As we near the end of Craft Year 2015, it is important that to recognize the efforts of our staff, board, volunteers and members across the country. The contributions they’ve made throughout the past 12 months is truly worth celebrating. They are the lifeblood of the national craft network, and their work brings Canadian contemporary fine craft practice to new heights. Thank you to everyone who contributed to national programming in Craft Year 2015.

Thank you, also, to the brightest stars of the craft community: the craft artists. No matter which title you prefer, be it artist, craftsperson, designer, maker or otherwise; it is your work, your vision, and your dedication that inspires us all.

Finally, a big thank you also goes out to all of YOU, the CCF/FCMA readership! Your continued interest in our activities motivates us to continue refining our work, sharing opportunities, and celebrating all that Canadian contemporary fine craft has to offer.

Join us again as we resume activities in 2016. Please note that the CCF/FCMA office will be closed from December 18th until January 4th. Until then, have a wonderful holiday season, and a very happy New Year!
