Call for Volunteers

The CCF/FCMA Nominations Committee welcomes expressions of interest for three Executive Committee positions on the Board of Directors: Treasurer, Secretary and 2nd Vice President. All three positions will
commence at the 2013 AGM (June 2013, date tbc), and will run for a two year term each. Please see below for an estimated time commitment and descriptions of each role.

The CCF/FCMA encourages nominations from members of the fine craft sector (practising artists, teachers, curators, writers, gallery/boutique/museum/studio staff or owners, etc), as well as volunteers who may not have a craft background, but bring valuable experience from legal, financial, charitable or other fields. We appreciate and respect diverse perspectives. Nominations may be submitted via email to the Nominations Committee Chair, Simon Wroot ([email protected]). Submissions must include the name of the nominee, their location, contact information, a one paragraph biography and/or CV. Nominees should also indicate if they are members of a Craft Council. Letters of recommendation from Craft Councils are encouraged, but not required.

DEADLINE FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST: June 3rd, 2013.
