The Canadian model from our blockbuster project, Craft Year 2007, has been given the highest form of flattery through the launch of another Craft Year event – this time in Ireland.
The Crafts Council of Ireland and Craft Northern Ireland have designated 2011 as Year of Craft. The year marks the 40th anniversary of the Crafts Council of Ireland and will be celebrated through a diverse range of dynamic events and programs to showcase the very best of craft made on the island of Ireland.
Events include high end contemporary exhibitions of Irish and International work, including China, the US, the Netherlands and more.
